Going beyond your bathroom scale, body composition analysis breaks down your body into four components: fat, lean body mass, minerals, and body water.

We'll scan your employees, teammates, members and then give them a full review of their results. We'll review the weight of their muscle mass, the distribution of muscle on their body, body fat mass, body fat percentage, BMI, visceral fat level, water balance - we'll show how their measurements compare to recognized healthy norms for someone of their height and gender - and we'll even offer a prescription for positive changes they can make to their body composition. This data shown is incredibly empowering but more importantly it's accurate.
